Our modern condo features an oversized lanai amid meticulously maintained and spacious garden landscapes. It is a 15-minute walk from the beautiful Anaeho'omalu Bay (A-Bay) and a 10-minute walk to The Hilton Lagoon, shops, and restaurants.
Coconut at The Shores #116 is a spacious two-bed / 2 bath unit with a serene garden-level view off the lanai.
The main bedroom has a queen-sized bed, the second has king sized bed with two twin-size trundle beds, and the living room has a queen-sized sleeping sofa. Each bedroom has a private bathroom with a vanity sink and shower, and the master bath has a walk-in shower with a large soaking tub to relax in after a long day exploring the great outdoors of Hawaii. Each room has a large-screen smart TV, cable, Netflix, Disney+, and HBOMax. Plus, gigabit broadband internet with high-speed mesh WiFi does provide.
The kitchen has a stock of all dining essentials, utensils, appliances, cooking oil, and other essential ingredients/spices. The dining room area and the lanai will comfortably seat six people.
Beach gear will be available for you (beach towels, boogie boards, two surfboards, chairs, a cooler, and an umbrella) + 6 bicycles in different sizes.
We have a pack-and-play in the second bedroom available as a courtesy for families with small children.
The Shores is a private gated community. You will receive a code to access the front gate, the pool area, and the gym while we can set up your entrance code for the front door. The numerous sidewalk pathways allow you to access and explore the Marriott and Hilton properties nearby. Alternatively, buy tickets and walk to these hotels' Legends of Hawaii or Sunset Luau. Enjoy a round of golf just by stepping out of the front gate.
A local host can provide on-site support for issues we can't handle remotely.
Waikoloa is central to all essential Big Island adventures. Kings' Shops and Queens' Marketplace are within walking distance, with various shops, restaurants, and entertainment. One of the best beaches of the Big Island - Hapuna Beach State Park, is right up the road, less than 10 miles away.
Cancellation Policy: The Guest receives 100.00% if cancellation occurs at least 14 days before arrival; No refunds within 14 days of arrival.
First Payment: 50% required upfront
Second Payment: Due five days before arrival, collected automatically.
For long-term rental, the terms can be different.
There is a 10.25% General Excise Tax, 4.712% Transient Accommodation Tax, and 3% Hawaii County Transient Accommodation tax that the State and County of Hawaii require hosts to collect on gross rental income, which is not included in the nightly rate.
